Gabriel Luciani

Gabriel Luciani

Hypnotherapist and NLP

After studying psychology for 3 years in France, he worked in the helping professions, accompanying people on their path to social and professional integration. Fascinated by altered states of consciousness and in search of profoundly effective and transformative tools, Gabriel naturally turned to hypnosis. Gabriel has a multidisciplinary background :

  • Hypnotherapist, École de Formation Professionnelle en Hypnose du Québec
  • NLP Master Practitioner, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Coaching Québec
  • Practitioner in Cardiac Coherence, Institut Emnergie (Dr David O’HARE)
  • Teacher of Mindfulness Meditation, Dr Roger Marcaurelle
  • Naturopath, Institut de Formation Naturopathique
  • Non-Violent Communication

Although Gabriel specializes in the management of stress, emotions, insomnia and anxiety-related symptoms, his field of action is much broader, as hypnosis can provide relevant tools for managing pain, addictions, phobias, depression, burn-out, achieving goals, etc. Through his natural empathy, deep listening skills, great sensitivity and creativity, Gabriel will give you the right tools and develop the right strategy to help you realize your full potential. This will give you the freedom to achieve greater well-being, serenity, relaxation, and relief. Gabriel is a member of the Regroupement des Intervenants et Thérapeutes en Médecine Alternative (RITMA). As such, he can issue naturopathic receipts.

Michelle Côté M.Sc.

Yoga thérapie spécialisée en douleurs chroniques, stress et anxiété

Michelle has been practicing yoga for over 25 years. In 2014, she completed her first training with the International Sivananda Organization, then in 2015, she deepened her knowledge to offer yoga and yoga nidra to children and families. In 2016, she left her career as a portfolio manager to travel to India, where she spent 4 years studying and practicing Hatha yoga, yoga philosophy, meditation and Yin Yoga with Sivananda Yoga Vidya Peetham, Arsha Yoga and Bernie Clark.
In 2017, she specialized in yoga for chronic pain, an area close to her heart having suffered from chronic pelvic pain herself from a young age. She undertook advanced studies in the science of pain with Neil Pearson of UBC and the Neuro Orthopaedic Institute (Noigroup). She also trained in yoga for chronic pelvic pain with Shelly Prosko, Pelvic Health Solutions, and Leslie Howard and studied yoga for stress and anxiety with Mira Binzen of Global Family Yoga.
Michelle’s mission is to provide care and knowledge in yoga therapy to manage chronic pain. She offers personalized options to guide her clients on the path to healing, cultivating courage, resilience and compassion in the face of pain, and learning how to move with awareness and discernment. There is hope in changing pain. Her journey and her current well-being are testament to that.
